Brief Introduction:
It is a synthetical control system based on microprocessor, whose functions
include checking, measuring and controlling. The system provides the convenient
Man machine interface, realized the functions of the digital voltage regulation,
digital RPM adjustment, Start/Stop, 12/24V power and generator set protection. It
made all these controlling functions into one module which is more advanced than other traditional control systems.
It is widely used for non-paralleled generator sets .
It can be used for the alternator (Max voltage: 600V, AC: 120-600V)
It can be used for any frequency, Voltage and connection after requested setting.
It can be installed directly on generator sets whose power can be the starting
power of the genset, the working voltage can be 8-30VDC.
This control system is with a lot of standard controlling functions and optional
demonstrating function. There is no need to set specially for user's requested
controlling function.

Full-wave rectifier, Single-Phase checking.
Digital Speed controller, by installing one external module to increase the frequency.

Primary starting relays, Fuel shut-off valve and glow plug relay driver circuit should be installed.
Generator set monitor
Checking generator and alternator's parameters and condition.
Generator set protection
It contains generator and alternator's protection functions.
Operation Monitor
The parameters and running records can be demonstrated by Chinese, English,signals or digital.

Cummins InPowerTM shall be put into use of maintenance which is a software maintenance tool based on PC.
